Global Total Reward & Performance Manager

About the role

OTB Group is seeking a senior HR professional to serve as the global reference point for Total Reward, Performance Management and related analytics across its iconic fashion brands. The role blends strategy, data, and culture to ensure fair, transparent, and performance‑driven people decisions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and governance of the Group Short‑Term Incentive (STI) / MBO programs, aligning them with business priorities and individual contributions.
• Own and evolve MBO and Performance Management modules within HRIS platforms, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain Long‑Term Incentive (LTI) plans to support executive retention and value creation.
• Define, harmonise and update global reward and recognition policies, balancing competitiveness, equity and sustainability.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for job architecture and grading, providing methodological guidance and ensuring clarity and mobility.
• Drive the Total Reward transformation required by the EU Pay Transparency Directive, including gender pay gap analysis and remediation.
• Oversee global salary benchmarking and pay equity analyses.

Required profile

• Senior HR professional with extensive experience in total reward and performance management on a global scale.
• Proven ability to design and govern incentive programs and to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in benchmarking, pay equity and compliance initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) for MBO and performance modules.
• Knowledge of EU Pay Transparency Directive requirements.
• Expertise in salary benchmarking and pay equity analysis.
