Global Visual Merchandising Graphic Designer (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The Global Visual Merchandising Graphic Designer Specialist supports the Global Visual Merchandising team in creating and executing visual merchandising assets for Bata stores worldwide. Reporting to the Global Visual Merchandising Director, the role blends daily graphic design work with the development of window‑display concepts and product presentation layouts across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Global Marketing Manager in planning and launching global brand communication campaigns.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform brand strategy and consumer insights.
• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for brand positioning, storytelling, and retail activation.
• Support go‑to‑market plans and marketing playbooks for regional teams.
• Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global brand initiatives while maintaining consistency.
• Work with Visual Merchandising teams and retail partners to increase brand visibility and drive footfall.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (legal, finance, supply chain, product, merchandising) to execute marketing campaigns.
• Build relationships with activation, advertising, and production agencies to ensure high‑quality execution.
• Support rollout of global marketing projects in priority markets.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional graphic design experience; retail or visual merchandising experience is a plus.
• Strong layout and composition abilities.
• Experience with window‑display design, product presentation layouts, and basic 2D/3D visualization is advantageous.
