About the role

The Go To Market & Business Development Support Internship offers a hands‑on opportunity to work within the Go To Market & Retail Excellence team of Acqua di Parma. You will collaborate with local markets to define and implement 360° launch strategies, ensuring alignment with global standards while gaining exposure to brand and trade marketing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Create qualitative and quantitative reports for new launch activations and track performance.
• Support the Go To Market Coordinator by providing local teams with execution guidelines, including content, trade marketing, visual merchandising, and planograms.
• Facilitate the sharing of best practices across local markets and headquarters departments.

Required profile

• Strong communication, interpersonal and project‑management abilities to interact with worldwide markets and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, detail‑oriented with a problem‑solving attitude.
• Previous experience in GTM, brand management or trade marketing is a plus.
• Proficiency in Italian and English.
