About the role

Bending Spoons is looking for a Graduate AI Software Engineer to join its fast‑moving product teams. You will help shape AI‑driven experiences that reach millions of users, working in an environment that blends startup agility with the resources of a large tech company.

Key responsibilities

Design and implement AI‑powered product features, turning high‑impact ideas into production‑ready code.
Integrate state‑of‑the‑art AI tools into the full development workflow, from design to testing and documentation.
Choose and apply appropriate technologies across monoliths, micro‑services, gRPC, REST, Kubernetes, and Docker.
Take end‑to‑end ownership of software components, ensuring scalability and reliability for millions of users.
Continuously simplify architectures, pipelines, and codebases to improve maintainability.

Required profile

Strong reasoning ability and first‑principles problem solving.
High drive, ambition, and personal responsibility for outcomes.
Team‑spirit with a willingness to share ideas and support colleagues.
