Graduate Frontend Developer

About the role

Olive Tree Consulting is seeking a Graduate Frontend Developer to create clean, lightweight web interfaces that support our advisory work. You will collaborate with consultants to turn complex data and meeting structures into clear, interactive tools for clients such as an Italian energy provider.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain simple web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Work with consultants to translate decision templates into interactive digital tools.
• Create mockups and prototypes to visualise client data workflows.
• Participate in hybrid team meetings to gather feedback and plan new features.
• Write structured, readable code that is easy to maintain.

Required profile

• Strong interest in building functional, clear user interfaces.
• Practical problem‑solving mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Excellent written communication for explaining technical ideas to non‑technical teammates.
• Collaborative attitude and comfort working in a hybrid environment.

Required skills

• HTML
• CSS (responsive design)

• Familiarity with modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Svelte
• Git version control
