Graphic Designer for Social Media Ads

About the role

The Graphic Designer for Social Media Ads will create high‑impact visual assets for performance‑driven paid campaigns. Working remotely on a contract basis, you will partner with strategists and media buyers to turn briefs into compelling storyboards, animations, and short‑form videos that drive conversion and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics, animations, and short‑form videos for paid social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
• Collaborate with strategists and media buyers to translate creative briefs into effective ad concepts.
• Iterate quickly on multiple ad variations and adapt creatives for different format specifications.
• Incorporate performance data and test results to refine and improve creative assets.
• Prepare final production‑ready files for deployment and ensure consistent visual standards across campaigns.
• Manage timelines independently and proactively contribute new creative ideas.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design experience focused on social media advertising.
• Advanced proficiency with industry‑standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalents).
• Portfolio that showcases performance‑oriented social media creatives.
• Excellent attention to detail, time‑management skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience collaborating with marketing, growth or performance teams; familiarity with paid‑social best practices is a plus.
