Graphic Designer – Marketing & Pre‑Press/Layout

About the role

FLYERALARM is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join its Milan‑based international team. You will support both online and offline marketing initiatives, producing visual assets that align with brand guidelines and are ready for production.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adapt visual assets for digital and offline campaigns, including social media posts, banners, newsletters, advertising materials and sales support tools.
• Translate marketing briefs and business objectives into clear, consistent visual solutions.
• Prepare files for print, managing PDFs, bleed, DPI, Pantone colours, overprint settings and colour separation.
• Adapt existing materials across formats, languages and channels while maintaining visual consistency.
• Assist in producing simple digital content such as short videos, animated formats and social media assets.
• Organise creative assets, templates and source files to ensure an efficient workflow.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing design or visual communication.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Good understanding of marketing design principles, visual hierarchy, typography and brand consistency.
• Knowledge of printing and pre‑press processes, including file preparation, colour profiles and quality control.
• Native‑level Italian and at least B2 level English.
• Proactive, accurate, well‑organised and able to work within cross‑functional teams.
