Graphic Designer – Remote B2B Visual Storyteller

About the role

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our partner’s remote‑first team in Italy. The role focuses on turning complex B2B concepts into clear, visually engaging reports, e‑books, social assets and print magazines. You will collaborate with writers, marketers and strategists to ensure design amplifies the message.

Key responsibilities

• Design visually compelling reports, e‑books, whitepapers and research documents that meet client and internal brand standards.
• Translate data, frameworks and research insights into clear infographics and visual narratives.
• Create custom diagrams and visual systems from concept to polished output.
• Lead or support the design of print magazines, ensuring strong layout and storytelling.
• Produce consistent digital and social media assets for multiple client channels.
• Manage several projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to align visuals with strategic messaging.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a diverse portfolio covering digital and print work.
• Strong visual storytelling ability, especially simplifying complex or technical content.
• Excellent attention to detail and a self‑directed working style.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills, comfortable with feedback and iteration.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote environment and prioritize multiple deadlines.
