Group Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Group Financial Controller to join a growing international group and support the Group CFO. The role is newly created and strategic, focusing on financial governance, consolidation, accounting standards and post‑acquisition integration across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain and implement Group accounting policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application by local CFOs and finance teams.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation activities, prepare consolidated financial statements and oversee intercompany reconciliations.
• Support transfer pricing documentation and ensure proper management of intercompany transactions.
• Lead the financial integration of newly acquired companies, aligning charts of accounts and accounting standards.
• Standardise finance system structures, reporting logic and data integrity using tools such as Excel, Microsoft Business Central and Talentia.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in audit, accounting, consolidation or group financial controlling, preferably in an international, multi‑entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of consolidation principles and experience with transfer pricing and intercompany processes.
• Experience managing relationships between Group and local accounting structures.
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
