Guest Relations – Food & Beverage Host

About the role

Join the team at Hotel Cervo and Hotel Cala di Volpe in Costa Smeralda as a Guest Relations host for Food & Beverage. You will be the first point of contact for diners, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience from greeting to seating.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, determine party size, and escort them to clean, prepared tables.
• Set tables with appropriate linens, napkins, silverware, and current menus.
• Monitor dining room flow, seating availability, and guest safety.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas using clean‑as‑you‑go procedures.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance meet company standards.
• Answer telephone calls with professional etiquette.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
