About the role
The Guest Service Administrator is the operational heartbeat of Aman Rosa Alpina, ensuring seamless coordination between front‑of‑house teams and back‑office functions. This role guarantees that every guest experience is meticulously planned, documented, and delivered with the brand’s signature unscripted luxury.
Key responsibilities
- Support front‑of‑house teams with administrative tasks such as private transfers, heliskiing arrangements, restaurant reservations, and bespoke Alpine excursions.
- Manage pre‑arrival correspondence to capture guest preferences, dietary needs, and special celebrations.
- Oversee guest billing profiles, deposit collections, and reconcile third‑party vendor invoices.
- Maintain and enrich the Guest History CRM, ensuring detailed, personalized guest records.
- Act as the central liaison between Front‑of‑House and Finance departments to ensure smooth information flow.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in a back‑office, administrative, or concierge support role within a 5‑star luxury or high‑end hospitality environment.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Italian.
- Exceptional organizational ability, attention to detail, and composure in a fast‑paced setting.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Property Management Systems such as Opera or MEWS.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
