Guest Service Agent – Front Office in Milan

About the role

The Guest Service Agent is the first point of contact for guests at Hotel Rosa Grand in Milan. You will create memorable experiences from arrival through stay to departure, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, respond promptly to inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Manage check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
• Handle guest messages, requests and complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain lobby and front‑desk standards, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Operate front‑of‑house equipment and the property management system in line with company policies.
• Stay informed about hotel services, special events and local attractions.

Required profile

• Friendly, service‑oriented personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Previous experience in a front‑office or guest‑service role.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and polished grooming standards.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Opera PMS for efficient front‑desk operations.
