Head of Brand

About the role

Satispay is looking for a senior leader to own the creative and brand strategy end‑to‑end, ensuring the company’s mission resonates across every touchpoint. You will bridge high‑level storytelling with measurable business impact while shaping a globally recognised brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Creative Production – own the production of creative assets, guaranteeing high quality, craft, and brand consistency.
• Brand Activation – drive ATL (TV, radio, OOH, print) and BTL/untraditional activations that bring the brand to life.
• Social Media & Community – steer presence across existing and new social channels and build an influencer strategy.
• Brand Strategy & Insights – shape and safeguard brand identity, grounding decisions in research, surveys and listening.
• Leadership & Team Rituals – build and mentor the creative team, establishing design reviews, sprints and feedback loops.
• Cross‑functional Collaboration – partner with Growth and Product teams to align brand initiatives with acquisition, retention and product launches.
• Performance‑Driven Branding – define and track KPIs for brand awareness and consideration, linking projects to OKRs.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in brand management or creative direction, preferably in fast‑growing tech companies or top‑tier agencies.
• Strong technical and visual culture with deep understanding of design systems, rebranding processes and multi‑channel campaign production.
• Hands‑on leader who can dive into details of layouts or scripts while guiding the team.
• Data‑informed mindset, able to translate brand concepts into business objectives using KPIs and OKRs.
• Exceptional communicator fluent in English, capable of simplifying complex brand visions for internal and external audiences.
