About the role

Medicasa Italia, a group company founded in 1993 specialising in home assistance services (ADI), is hiring an Operatore Socio Sanitario (OSS) in Sant'Agata di Militello. The role provides high-quality home care to vulnerable people, supporting their autonomy, physical, psychological and social well-being and helping maintain a safe and dignified living environment, working closely with the multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

Provide direct care and support in daily activities at home (personal hygiene, dressing, mobilisation, feeding)
Assess the patient's needs and report any changes to the medical staff
Offer emotional and relational support to the patient and their family
Help keep the home safe and comfortable
Use medical aids and equipment correctly
Record activities according to company procedures

Required profile

Recognised professional qualification certificate for OSS
Previous experience in home care or social-healthcare facilities, even minimal (preferred)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
