Home Nurse (m/f)

About the role

Air Liquide HR is recruiting a home nurse (m/f) in Catania for Medicasa Italia, a group company founded in 1993 that provides home assistance services (ADI) across Italy through 15 operations centres. The nurse delivers general nursing care to users under Medicasa's responsibility, covering preventive, curative, palliative and rehabilitative care, and supports the patient's health education and active participation in therapeutic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out specific nursing interventions, independently and in line with the care plan (PAI)
• Provide care tailored to each patient's age, gender, health condition and physical or mental frailty, including religious, ethnic and linguistic needs
• Educate the patient and the caregiver on therapy
• Follow international guidelines and Medicasa procedures, and use the materials provided correctly
• Identify and plan care goals and monitor clinical outcomes
• Keep accurate medical and administrative records using the electronic medical record

Required profile

• Degree in nursing sciences
• Valid first aid certificate (BLSD)
• Physical fitness for the job
• Driving licence
• Documented experience in home care activities

Required skills

• Knowledge of computers and main application software
• Ability to work in a home setting
