About the role
Medicasa Italia, a group company founded in 1993 specialising in home assistance services, is looking for home physiotherapists in Trapani, Castelvetrano, Mazara, Alcamo and Pantelleria. The role provides general physiotherapy care to clients under Medicasa's care, working independently or together with other health professionals on prevention, treatment and rehabilitation.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out specific physiotherapy interventions, technical, relational and educational, in line with the care plan
- Deliver patient education and support active participation in therapeutic decisions
- Plan care goals, monitor clinical outcomes and identify signs, symptoms and risk factors
- Maintain electronic medical records and write periodic health reports
- Ensure correct use and storage of equipment provided by Medicasa at home
- Take part in operational centre meetings and keep professional credits (ECM)
Required profile
- Degree in health professions in rehabilitation
- Registered with the orders of health professionals
- In good standing with ECM credits
