About the role

Join the iconic Park Hyatt Milano, a 5‑star luxury hotel in the historic heart of Milan, as a Hostess. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless dining experience in a world‑class environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their tables across all food‑and‑beverage outlets.
• Provide detailed information about the menu and daily specials when requested.
• Upsell additional products and services in line with hotel standards.
• Assist in various restaurant and bar areas as operational needs arise.
• Complete additional tasks and assignments as directed by supervisors.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar hostess or front‑of‑house role.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and a people‑oriented attitude.
• Fluent in English, Italian and an additional language.
