Housekeeper for Luxury Alpine Resort

About the role

Aethos Monterosa is seeking enthusiastic housekeepers to join its team for the upcoming summer season at a five‑star active luxury resort in the Aosta Valley. You will play a key part in delivering the high‑standard hospitality experience that defines the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, including bed making, dusting, vacuuming, and bathroom sanitising.
• Manage linen and towel inventories, ensuring rooms are fully stocked with fresh amenities.
• Keep all public areas – hallways, lobbies, lounges – spotless and presentable.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items such as pillows, blankets, or toiletries.
• Monitor and report cleaning‑supply levels to guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Conduct final room inspections to confirm compliance with the resort’s quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Organised, efficient and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a courteous attitude toward guests.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties throughout the shift.
