Housekeeper Porter

About the role

Our Housekeeping Porter ensures the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across public areas, back‑of‑house spaces and guest‑room corridors in our 5‑star luxury hotel. Working closely with the housekeeping team, you will support daily operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver fresh linen, towels and guest amenities to floor pantries and Room Attendant carts.
• Collect soiled linen and towels from guest rooms and service areas and transport them to laundry.
• Empty trash and recycling bins from guest rooms and service areas, ensuring proper disposal.
• Assist Room Attendants with heavy trash removal, moving furniture or other physically demanding tasks.
• Stock and organize housekeeping storage rooms, pantries and trolleys, keeping them tidy and well‑maintained.
• Deliver special guest requests such as extra towels, pillows, roll‑away beds or cribs promptly and courteously.
• Maintain compliance with brand Standard Operating Procedures, local SOPs, LQA and Forbes Five‑Star standards.

Required profile

• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks such as lifting and moving furniture.
• Team‑oriented mindset with willingness to support Room Attendants and other staff.
• Attention to detail and commitment to uphold luxury hospitality standards.
• Reliability in following SOPs and quality assurance procedures.
