Houseman – Luxury Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Houseman to join the housekeeping team at Aman Rosa Alpina, a luxury resort nestled in the UNESCO‑protected Dolomites of Italy. In this role you will help maintain the impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation that our guests expect.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain guest corridors, supply closets and public areas in a spotless condition.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with deep‑cleaning tasks in guest rooms and other property areas.
• Support the housekeeping team in daily operations to ensure timely service.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, ultra‑luxury environment.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a proactive approach to tasks.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties throughout the shift.
