HR Business Partner – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

The HR Business Partner will support the Italian business of Give Back Beauty, handling people processes, employee relations and organisational initiatives. Reporting to the HR Manager Italy, the role works closely with managers and employees to deliver an effective HR support model in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers and employees to understand business priorities and provide HR solutions.
• Manage the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development and off‑boarding.
• Provide guidance on employee‑relations matters, ensuring compliance and a positive work environment.
• Coordinate HR processes such as objective setting, performance reviews, compensation reviews and training activities.
• Collaborate with Payroll & Administration and other HR stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support implementation and adoption of HR tools and systems.
• Contribute to HR projects, organisational initiatives and transformation activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational or fast‑growing environment.
