HR Business Partner – Pharma

About the role

GSK is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the Pharma Commercial team in Verona. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, helping shape talent, leadership, culture and capability across the Italian market.

Key responsibilities

• Apply business acumen to translate strategic plans into HR demand and prioritize initiatives based on impact, cost and risk.
• Lead and deliver change programmes such as business transformations, AI implementation and workforce planning.
• Partner with senior leaders to design organisational structures, define roles and improve overall effectiveness.
• Provide data‑driven insights to identify people‑related opportunities and support decision‑making.
• Collaborate closely with the regional HR team and act as a conduit between local business needs and global HR policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within pharma or a commercial environment.
• Strong ability to influence and partner with VP‑level and Director‑level leaders.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on data‑based solutions.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering complex change projects.
• Fluent in English; Italian language skills are essential for daily interaction.
