HR Generalist & Reporting Specialist

About the role
The HR Generalist & Reporting Specialist will support operational HR activities and produce HR reports, providing data‑driven insights for the business.
Key responsibilities
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, HR administration, and employee documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee data and organizational structures within the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Partner with HR Business Partners and managers to support HR processes, policies, and organizational initiatives.
- Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business and HR decision‑making.
- Analyse workforce data such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, personnel costs, and organizational trends.
- Support workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities related to headcount and HR costs.
- Prepare recurring and ad‑hoc reports, analyses, and presentations for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR reporting processes.
