HR Generalist – Tuscany, Italy (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The HR Generalist will provide comprehensive operational and advisory support across the employee lifecycle for our Tuscany office. Working closely with HR Business Partners, you will ensure smooth HR processes, data accuracy and compliance while contributing to strategic workforce planning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle documentation: employment letters, role‑change letters, disciplinary letters and compliance training records.
• Maintain employee data in SuccessFactors/SAP, support system updates, audits and data governance.
• Act as the payroll liaison to guarantee timely and accurate salary processing.
• Partner with the Employment Center and Business Partners to source, interview and hire qualified candidates.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Italian employment law and advise managers on policy application.
• Coordinate with external agencies, universities and schools for training and recruitment initiatives.
• Lead the induction process for new joiners, providing guidance on company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• MSc in Economics, Human Relations, Psychology, Business or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven HR Generalist experience, including talent acquisition.
• Fluent Italian and excellent English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and best HR practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.

Required skills

• SuccessFactors (HRIS) proficiency.
• SAP data management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
