HR Partner – Builder Experience Team (BeXT)

About the role

Amazon’s Builder Experience Team (BeXT) is seeking an HR Partner on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will help shape the employee experience for AWS Builders, driving inclusion, engagement, and effective people processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with AWS business leaders and HR teams to design and implement talent, performance, compensation, and employee‑relations strategies.
• Consult, coach, and develop leaders on decision‑making, talent management, people development, and performance management.
• Advocate for Builder needs, ensuring end‑to‑end experiences that foster engagement and inclusion.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for Builder concerns, applying high judgment and navigating Amazon policies.
• Promote adoption of HR technology and self‑service tools.
• Collaborate across multiple levels—from individual Builders to senior leaders—and across regions.
• Conduct complex workplace investigations in partnership with Builder Relations.
