Human Resources Manager

About the role

Freyssinet Products Company Italy is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR activities for a multi‑site organization of about 93 employees located around Milan. Reporting to the management team, you will act as a trusted partner for managers and staff, overseeing the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with Italian labour regulations.
• Manage recruitment activities, coordinate interviews and facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Identify training needs, organize development programmes and support performance and people review cycles.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR support on employee relations, workplace issues and maintain a positive social climate.
• Monitor HR metrics, assist with budgeting and guarantee adherence to internal policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Proactive, people‑oriented HR professional with solid experience in HR administration and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Italian labour law and payroll processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across multiple sites.
