Human Resources Supervisor – Hospitality

About the role

The Human Resources Supervisor will support the local HR Manager in delivering comprehensive HR services across recruitment, learning and development, employee welfare and performance monitoring for a luxury resort in Sicily.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day HR assistance and act as the first point of contact for all staff enquiries.
• Promote a positive welfare environment by monitoring facilities, workplace conditions and suggesting improvements.
• Facilitate internal communication through notice boards, newsletters and staff meetings.
• Assist in applying Rocco Forte Hotels HR policies and procedures.
• Support regional recruitment efforts and actively promote internal career opportunities.
• Manage compulsory training, organise medical visits and oversee staff house logistics.
• Coordinate company inductions, trainings and maintain up‑to‑date Learning & Development records.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken Italian and English.
• Previous experience in a similar HR supervisory role.
• Preferable degree in Human Resources Management.
• Demonstrated commitment to personal development through courses or workshops.
• Strong collaboration, communication and business‑orientation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
