Implementation Consultant - Commercial (Remote or Onsite)

About the role

Veeva is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead commercial implementation projects for Vault CRM and related products. You will work directly with leading pharmaceutical companies, designing and delivering solutions that accelerate their go‑to‑market processes.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and customize Vault CRM to meet specific client requirements.
• Lead client‑facing activities such as workshops, user acceptance testing (UAT) and training sessions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex business needs into scalable solution designs.
• Participate in multiple implementation or migration projects, taking on roles such as functional analyst, solution architect or project manager as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of consulting or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage customer‑facing activities and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong presentation skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel up to 20 % of the time.
