In-Store Hospitality & Experience Trainee – Rome

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on opportunity to work in a flagship retail store in Rome, focusing on enhancing the client journey and supporting daily sales activities. You will assist the team in creating memorable brand experiences for visitors and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management of store traffic and client flow.
• Deliver an exceptional welcome and brand experience to every client.
• Assist with personalized service and the organization of in‑store events.
• Coordinate and manage client visits and tours, including the Domvs in‑store museum.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Heritage Team and HR Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Team to schedule visits, especially for students.

Required profile

• Master's degree.
• Strong passion for the brand and its values.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional language highly preferred.
• Outstanding customer orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop skills in client experience and retail operations.
• Excellent communication, detail‑oriented and organized.
• Teamwork and empathy.
