Indirect Procurement Buyer

About the role

Roche is seeking an Indirect Procurement Buyer to join its Finance, IT and Business Operations team in Monza. The role will support the Commercial Finance Operations transformation journey and act as a strategic partner to drive sourcing excellence across assigned categories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of the supplier market, trends and innovations for the assigned categories.
• Scout and engage strategic partners, co‑creating sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance with procurement policy.
• Plan and execute source‑to‑pay activities, managing RFIs, RFQs, RFPs and using eSourcing tools.
• Analyze commercial proposals, lead negotiations and oversee timely contract set‑up in coordination with relevant functions.
• Support implementation of new procurement processes and technologies to enhance efficiency.
