Indirect Sourcing Specialist

About the role

Mutti Group is seeking an Indirect Sourcing Specialist to join its Procurement team at the Parma headquarters. The role focuses on acquiring indirect goods, equipment and services that support the company’s operations while delivering best value in quality and price.

Key responsibilities

• Procure, source and contract indirect materials, equipment and services.
• Identify and qualify new suppliers, negotiate purchase terms and ensure compliance with technical and business requirements.
• Perform data analysis and baseline consolidation to support sourcing decisions.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, pricing data and system updates.
• Support order management activities and collaborate with project teams to understand procurement needs.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in procurement or sourcing.
• Proficient written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of SAP S/4.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Competence with Microsoft PowerPoint.
