Industrial Project Manager

About the role

Anaergia is looking for an Industrial Project Manager to consistently manage assigned jobs, delivering on promises while meeting or improving timing and margin. The role focuses on overseeing industrial projects from contract review through execution, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Read and understand contractual terms to ensure compliance with all obligations.
• Identify project risks early and implement appropriate counter‑measures.
• Manage customer relationships, including official correspondence, meetings, and minor contractual changes within delegated authority limits.
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and purchasing processes.
• Lead project resources, ensuring timely and consistent deliveries.
• Organize and motivate the project team, set priorities, manage conflicts, and maintain clear communication.
• Maintain and update the job schedule regularly.
• Prepare and submit required documents and reports on schedule with reliable data.
• Support the sales department with contract negotiation, closure, and scheduling.
• Sign job correspondence, purchase orders, and authorize budget allocations within delegated authority limits.

Required profile

• Ability to read and interpret contractual terms.
• Strong risk identification and mitigation skills.
• Experience managing customer relationships and official communications.
• Proven capability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience handling subcontractors, suppliers, and purchasing processes.
