Industry, Logistics, Utilities & Facilities Buyer

About the role

We are seeking an Industry, Logistics, Utilities & Facilities Buyer to join the Quality & Procurement Department at our Turin headquarters. Reporting to the Group Industry Procurement Category Manager, you will drive technical procurement for manufacturing plants, covering production lines, equipment, maintenance services, spare parts and consumables.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and translate technical procurement requirements from manufacturing plants and engineering teams.
• Lead supplier negotiations and support sourcing activities for technical goods and services.
• Prepare, manage and execute tenders using the dedicated e‑Procurement platform.
• Draft and administer purchase orders, framework agreements and related procurement documentation.
• Optimize the supplier base for quality, reliability, competitiveness and risk mitigation.
• Identify alternative sourcing solutions to reduce costs and enhance supplier risk management.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and operational‑efficiency methodologies.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of technical procurement experience in a large manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of European procurement regulations and contractual matters.
• Proactive, concrete approach with excellent English proficiency.
