Installation Supervisor – Wind Farm Projects

About the role

Vestas is seeking an Installation Supervisor to lead field activities for wind farm projects across Italy, Turkey, Greece, Israel, and Cyprus. Working on‑site alongside the Site Manager, you will ensure that safety, quality, and planning standards are met throughout the installation and commissioning phases.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise lifting operations, wind turbine preparation, and inspections.
• Coordinate work inside turbines, including assembly, inspection, and repairs.
• Manage component unloading, inspection, and proper handling.
• Maintain safety and quality compliance, generate punch lists, and report deviations.
• Provide regular reports on safety performance, cost planning, and quality improvements.

Required profile

• High school diploma with 2‑3 years of construction management or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in site and team management.
• Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams, prioritize under pressure, and manage crises.
