Internal Audit & Enterprise Risk Management

About the role

The Internal Audit & ERM professional reports to the Group Head of Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management and supports the business across Europe and the MEA region. The role focuses on internal controls, risk management, compliance, financial reporting and operational processes, with occasional projects in other geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Design risk and control matrices and audit programmes.
• Develop data‑analytics and process‑mining techniques.
• Lead and execute audits, performing process design analysis and tests of effectiveness.
• Report audit results to management at all levels, providing clear analysis and remediation recommendations.
• Collaborate with management and audit teams to drive efficiencies and reduce risk.
• Contribute to the development of Enterprise Risk Management methodology.
• Execute ERM assessments, monitoring, and follow‑up.
• Assess whistle‑blowing reports and conduct investigations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree; CPA and CIA certifications are a plus.
• Experience in a Big Four firm (Risk Assurance or Transaction) and in a manufacturing corporation.
• Strong ability to interact cross‑functionally from operations to senior management.
• Excellent English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time.
