International Key Accounts Lead

About the role

The International Key Accounts Lead will drive strategic account management for DePuy Synthes across the EMEA region. Based in a home office with a hybrid work model, the role partners with country key‑account and commercial teams as well as cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure aligned execution of the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of international key‑account strategies across multiple markets.
• Collaborate with country key‑account managers, sales, marketing and product teams to deliver consistent value propositions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives to support the upcoming separation of DePuy Synthes into an independent orthopaedics company.
• Manage up to 50 % international travel to meet customers, partners and internal teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in MedTech or medical‑device sales with a focus on key‑account management.
• Strong understanding of the EMEA healthcare market.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50 % of the time.
