About the role

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting interns for its 2026 International Recruitment and Development Internship Program (IRDP) in Milan, Italy. The program selects high-potential MBA and master's students from around the world and develops them into future leaders, giving them hands-on experience leading business projects and presenting their results to senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead significant business projects with real-life implications within a cross-functional team
• Present analysis and results to senior leaders
• Work in one of the open fields: business development, finance, health economics, information technology, marketing, market access, operations, product management, project management, sales or supply chain

Required profile

• First year of a full-time MBA or master's degree program, graduating after September 2026
• Available full-time for at least 8-12 weeks between June and September 2026
• Fluent in English and the language of the host country
• Legally authorized to work permanently in the host country, without restrictions or need for sponsorship
• Three years or more of relevant professional experience before starting the master's program
• Proven leadership capabilities and ability to solve problems with data-driven insights
