International Sales Representative

About the role

As an International Sales Representative for RX, you will expand the company’s exhibition business across Italy and Spain. You will sell exhibition space, sponsorships, and digital branding solutions for events worldwide, leveraging market knowledge and sales expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client value drivers and propose tailored exhibition, sponsorship, and digital branding packages.
• Engage new and existing customers through calls, emails, social media, virtual meetings and face‑to‑face interactions.
• Travel to competitive events and international venues to prospect new business.
• Prepare personalized proposals linking client outcomes to RX solutions.
• Collaborate with show teams to design bespoke, value‑led packages and organise roadshows or client events.
• Utilise AI tools, social media and other digital resources to grow the client portfolio and secure strategic partnerships.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, develop sales plans, monitor pipeline health and provide market intelligence to internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the events or exhibition sector.
• Willingness to travel internationally and attend industry events.
• Strong analytical mindset to use market insights for sales strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional, globally distributed teams.
