International Value Creation Lead – MedTech

About the role

The International Value Creation Lead will drive the definition and scaling of Johnson & Johnson's value‑creation approach for its MedTech portfolio across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This hybrid role operates at director level, reporting to the International Partnership Lead, and works cross‑functionally to turn pockets of excellence into a repeatable commercialization model.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a structured value‑creation framework that can be replicated across countries and partnership accounts.
• Collaborate with international partners and internal stakeholders to align commercial strategies with the new model.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives that translate best practices into scalable processes.
• Monitor and report on the impact of value‑creation activities on business performance.

Required profile

• Director‑level experience in MedTech or medical devices commercial functions.
• Proven track record in leading cross‑functional, international projects.
• Strong understanding of value‑creation concepts and commercialization models.
