Inventory & Distribution Planner – Leather Goods

About the role

Bvlgari’s worldwide Logistics and Supply Chain team in Florence is seeking an Inventory & Distribution Planner dedicated to Leather Goods & Accessories. You will be responsible for defining and managing target stock levels across stores and warehouses, ensuring optimal product availability while minimizing excess inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Define country‑level stock targets and store‑specific Target Stock Levels (TSL) based on inventory goals, service levels and assortment.
• Allocate leather goods inventory globally per channel, balancing sell‑in and sell‑out performance.
• Monitor TSL performance, stock rotation and product availability, and adjust allocations to reduce stock‑outs and back‑orders.
• Collaborate with Supply, Demand Planning, Merchandising and Market teams on TSL updates and sales events.
• Support shop openings, closures, pop‑ups and seasonal buy‑back campaigns.
• Work with local supply‑chain teams to implement stock rebalancing guidelines.
• Develop and track key performance metrics in partnership with Business Intelligence.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Engineering preferred).
• 2‑3 years of experience in inventory or distribution planning.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages a plus.
