Investor Relations Analyst

About the role

Ambienta is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to support its IR function across private‑markets strategies. The role will involve maintaining investor‑facing materials, coordinating requests from internal teams and external investors, and contributing to capital‑raising and reporting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update all IR materials, including presentations, Q&A documents, backup files and databases; draft new materials as required.
• Field internal and external requests, collaborating with Strategic Finance, Fund Management, Sustainability, Private Equity and Private Credit teams to ensure timely, high‑quality responses.
• Project‑manage quarterly investor reporting, prepare for key investor meetings and support special projects.
• Participate in investor meetings and events, coordinate follow‑up documentation and clarify next steps.
• Own the team’s CRM tool: generate briefing notes, clean data, create distribution lists and run analytical reports.
• Assist in preparing capital‑raising and marketing collateral such as PPMs, DDQs, pitchbooks, case studies and RfPs.
• Coordinate investor due‑diligence processes, respond to DDQs, handle qualitative and quantitative queries, and support on‑site logistics.
• Develop a working understanding of Ambienta’s portfolio companies and fund structures.

Required profile

• Proactive attitude with the ability to keep IR materials current and accurate.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple internal and external requests.
• Detail‑oriented approach to data quality, reporting and CRM management.
• Comfortable interacting with investors and internal stakeholders during meetings and due‑diligence activities.
