iOS Developer - Consumer Growth

About the role

As an iOS Developer focused on Consumer Growth, you will shape how new users discover and engage with Satispay’s digital payment platform. You will build and refine native iOS experiences that drive onboarding, activation and referral flows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement high‑impact native iOS features, emphasizing smooth onboarding and activation.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers and backend engineers to deliver cohesive mobile solutions.
• Work with data analysts on A/B testing to optimise growth‑related features.
• Iterate continuously on user‑centric features such as referral programmes.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, security and authentication.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience building native iOS applications.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude, teamwork orientation and ownership mindset.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Passion for FinTech or fast‑moving startup environments.
