IT Auditor

About the role

CNH Industrial is seeking a motivated IT Auditor to join its Global Internal Audit team. Based in Turin, the role operates in a hybrid model (approximately 50% remote) and offers exposure to a wide range of technology, cybersecurity, and compliance topics across EMEA and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, plan, execute, and report on IT audit engagements, preparing workpapers and audit reports.
• Identify, assess, and evaluate IT risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities across diverse technology environments.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather evidence and deliver practical, value‑added recommendations.
• Communicate audit observations to management and support the development of remediation plans.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support SOX, regulatory, and compliance assurance activities.
• Monitor audit progress to ensure timely completion in line with internal standards.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and within a global team.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior management and technical staff.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the EMEA region and globally.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SOX compliance and IT General Controls (ITGC).
• Experience with data privacy, security, and platform security concepts.
• Understanding of application controls and emerging technology risk assessment.
