Join a global leader in the food industry and take a key role in driving digital transformation within our Finance function. As an IT Finance and Administration Manager, you will act as the strategic bridge between business needs and technological solutions, ensuring our financial systems are optimized for excellence and innovation.

Missions principales

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define the IT functional strategy and align technological roadmaps with corporate financial objectives.
• Process Optimization: Drive the optimization of the end-to-end Record to Report process, including General Ledger closing, stock valuation, and EPM systems.
• Solution Design: Collect and analyze business requirements to draft detailed functional and technical specifications for SAP solutions and ERP extensions (BTP, third-party tools).
• Digital Transformation: Lead digitalization initiatives by integrating advanced technologies such as Machine Learning and AI into financial workflows.
• Project Management & Change: Act as the primary IT point of contact for Controlling teams and support the organizational change management during the SAP S/4HANA deployment and Fiori adoption.
• Decision Support: Provide expert system-based insights to support the Finance leadership in strategic decision-making.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in a hybrid role combining IT expertise and Financial business processes.
• Strong ability to translate complex financial requirements into structured IT technical specifications.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale ERP projects and driving digital automation.
• Excellent communication skills to navigate between technical teams and senior financial stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement and efficiency gains.

Competences requises

• Expertise in SAP ecosystem (SAP S/4HANA, BTP, SAP BPC/EPM).
• Advanced knowledge of Record to Report (R2R) and Controlling processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and data visualization.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning) applied to Finance.
• Strong Project Management methodologies.
