IT Operations Lead (Remote, Italy)

About the role

Guild Living is expanding its senior‑living communities across Italy and needs a proactive IT Operations Lead to own and evolve the entire technology landscape. The role is remote‑first but requires regular visits to the Siena residence, especially during the first months of onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of IT infrastructure for corporate offices and the Siena residence, including device procurement, setup, lifecycle management and de‑commissioning.
• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding and off‑boarding processes: accounts, access rights, device allocation and permission reviews.
• Maintain a clean, auditable access‑management system and ensure compliance with data‑security standards for sensitive resident information.
• Evaluate, negotiate and oversee vendor contracts and technology tools, driving continuous improvement of business processes.
• Collaborate with the Business Innovation Lead to identify, pilot and roll out new tools that enhance team productivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on IT experience in a fast‑growing environment.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Italian and English.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, able to act independently without waiting for tickets.
• Willingness to travel frequently to Siena, especially during the initial months.
