IT Service Management Intern – End User Support

About the role

We are seeking a motivated IT Service Management Intern to assist our IT Service Manager in daily operations, service coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in IT operations within a global luxury brand.

Key responsibilities

• Support the IT Service Desk by handling user incidents and service requests, including classification, prioritisation and follow‑up.
• Assist with daily system monitoring, KPI tracking and SLA verification.
• Collaborate with external consultants to create internal procedures, knowledge‑base articles and operational guides.
• Contribute to process‑improvement projects aimed at optimising ITSM workflows.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Good communication skills and a service‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage time effectively.
• Curiosity, reliability and attention to detail.
