IT Specialist – Windows & Linux Support

About the role

The IT Specialist will ensure the smooth operation of the company's computer environment, supporting both Windows and Linux platforms as well as mobile devices. You will work closely with end‑users to provide reliable technical assistance and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Windows and Linux operating systems on desktops, laptops and servers.
• Set up PCs and smartphones, install software, create and manage user profiles.
• Perform hardware maintenance and repairs for office equipment.
• Manage local network devices and servers in Windows/Linux environments.
• Provide first‑line help‑desk support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 5‑year professional diploma.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Empathy, good listening skills and respect for colleagues.
• Proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Windows operating system.
• Knowledge of Linux operating system.
• Familiarity with Android and iOS mobile platforms.
• Hardware maintenance and repair.
• Network device management.
• Server administration in Windows/Linux environments.
• Help‑desk support and troubleshooting.
