IT Support Specialist – Desktop Support (Milan)

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver onsite end‑user and office infrastructure support for our Milan office. The role involves day‑to‑day troubleshooting, device lifecycle management, and coordination with remote teams and third‑party vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite assistance for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals across Windows, macOS and Linux.
• Provision, deploy, replace and decommission IT equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and user issues, escalating to Level 2 when needed.
• Support office IT services including network connectivity, printing, voice, AV and workplace technologies.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot switches, routers, access points and related networking equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors for scheduled maintenance, warranty repairs and equipment disposal.
• Assist with office moves, hardware refreshes, equipment relocations and technology deployments for business events.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices and office IT infrastructure.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers, access points).
• Experience with hardware asset management and inventory control.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote support teams and vendors.
• Fluent in Italian (minimum B2) and based in or willing to work onsite in Milan.
