Italian AI Trainer – Freelance Remote

About the role

We are looking for a freelance Italian AI Trainer to help improve the performance of our AI systems for Italian‑speaking users. Working remotely, you will design prompts, evaluate AI responses and create high‑quality reference answers that make the technology sound natural and accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Write clear, well‑structured prompts in Italian (and English) to test AI capabilities.
• Review, rank and comment on AI‑generated outputs for accuracy, tone and cultural relevance.
• Produce “golden responses” that serve as ideal answers for future training.
• Maintain consistency, clarity and correctness across all tasks to ensure high‑quality data.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in written Italian.
• Good reading and writing skills in English.
• Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical and writing abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to meet deadlines independently.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI platforms.
