Junior Account Executive – Remote, $50k-$65k + Bonus

About the role

Pressable, a WordPress hosting company within the Automattic family, is looking for a motivated Junior Account Executive to join its sales team. This fully remote position focuses on qualifying inbound leads, engaging prospects, and setting up meetings for senior sales colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries, qualify prospects, and identify sales opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls, emails, and chats to generate interest in Pressable’s hosting solutions.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings for senior sales team members.
• Educate prospects on product features, benefits, and value propositions.
• Maintain accurate lead records and activity logs in the CRM.
• Collaborate with senior sales staff to ensure smooth handoffs and support deal progression.
• Stay updated on product updates, industry trends, and AI‑enabled sales best practices.
• Leverage AI tools to improve research, outreach, follow‑ups, and documentation.
